White acrylic high penetration water primer for interior and exterior use.

PR 400W is a white, acrylic water-based undercoat, suitable for all interior and exterior use. It is suitable for old surfaces. Is highly resistant to alkaline surfaces and can be applied on cement, plaster surfaces leveled with putty. It allows the surface to breathe, keeping humidity away. It is ammonia free, it has high spreading rate and strong adhesion. It is easy to apply and it gives a flat, mat surface. Recoatable with all water-based emulsion and acrylic paints.

Type: Acrylic water-based primer for cement and plaster.
Application: Roller, brush or spray gun.
Thinning: Dilute 50% with clean water.
Spreading Rate: 14-15 m² / L per coat on properly prepared surfaces.
Drying: It is touch dry after 1 – 2 hours. Recoatable after 3 – 4 hours. Drying times depends on weather conditions (humidity - temperature).
Shades: It is available in white.
Storage: It is recommended to store between 5^OC-35^OC.
VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds): EU maximum VOC content limit values (Directive 2004/42/CE) for this product (category A/g “Primers”, Type WB): 30 g/l (2010). This product contains maximum 10 g/l VOC (ready for use product).

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all defective and poorly adhering material, dirt, grease and salts. For soiled surfaces and to achieve better dirt sealing it is recommended to recoat 24 hours after the first application. New plasters and cements should be primed and painted after 3-4 weeks. Adverse weather (low temperature - high humidity) during the application may influence the attributes of the material.
