Top-quality water-based varnish. Applied directly on metal without a primer, it exhibits excellent durability.

Water-based coating for corrosion protection. Thanks to its special composition it can be used as primer and top-coat together. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use with excellent adhesion onto various surfaces such as galvanized iron, aluminum, wood, stone, cement, Plexiglass etc. It is of low odor, with good adhesion, spreads ideally on old and new surfaces, exhibits high resistance to weather conditions and is easy to apply.

Type: Water Based enamel paint for interior use and exterior use.
Application: Brush, roller or spray.
Thinning: 5% with clean water for application by brush / roller and 10-15% for application by spray.
Spreading Rate: Approximately 8 - 10 m2 per liter on smooth surfaces properly prepared.
Drying time: 1-2 hours to touch. Recoated in 5-6 hours. Drying differentiate in cold - wet weather.
Storage: Recommended storage temperatures 5^OC to 35^OC. If you do not use the whole quantity, close carefully the container for later use.
VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds): One-pack performance coatings. EU limit value for this product (cat. A/i - Type WB): 140 g / liter. The maximum content of the product is 115 g / liter (ready to use).

For proper paint application the surface should be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease, rust, mold, salts and residues of peeled previous paint. It is also recommended to smoothen the surface with a proper sandpaper for smooth and shiny result. Stir well before use. Adhesion testing on difficult substrates is advised due to the vast variety of substrate types and quality. Apply on new metal surfaces or surfaces already coated with old alkyd paints after cleaning the surfaces from loose paint, dust, oil etc. No special preparation (i.e. anticorrosive primer or sanding) of the surface is required. It is recommended to apply at least two layers in order to achieve good corrosion protection. The second layer follows after the first is fully dry.
