MAXICOVER is a white, acrylic water-based undercoat, suitable for all interior and exterior masonry surfaces, including plaster board. It seals and covers stains of smoke, nicotine, atmospheric dirt, water-soluble felt-tipped pen and prevents their migration on the final coat, while it allows the surface to breathe, keeping humidity away. It is ammonia free, it has high spreading rate and strong adhesion. It is easy to apply and it gives a flat, mat surface. Recoatable with all water-based emulsion and acrylic paints.

Type: Acrylic water-based primer for interior and exterior use.
Application: Roller, brush or spray gun.
Thinning: Dilute 10% with clean water.
Spreading Rate: 13-14 m² / L per coat on properly prepared surfaces.
Drying: It is touch dry after 1 - 2 hours. Recoatable after 3 – 4 hours. Drying times depends on weather conditions (humidity - temperature).
Shades: It is available in white.
Storage: It is recommended to store between 5^OC - 40^ΟC.
VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds): EU maximum VOC content limit values (Directive 2004/42/CE) for this product (category A/g “Primers”, Type WB):30 g/l (2010). This product contains maximum 5 g/l VOCs (ready for use product).

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all defective and poorly adhering material, dirt, grease and salts. For soiled surfaces and to achieve better dirt sealing it is recommended to recoat 24 hours after the first application.
