Cherawood is Wood protection stain for interior and exterior use based on special synthetic resins. It contains appropriate collorants, UV filters and wax which protects wood from various weather conditions. Retains it’s elasticity, has a high yield and spreads easily. The CheraWood PLUS series has more wax for better protection and durability. Available in transparent and 5 shades of the color chart.

Type: Wood stain preservative.
Density: 825 - 850 gr/liter (depending on the shade)
Viscosity: 19 sec. (DIN 53211 – Cup 2 mm) @ 20^OC.
Application: Brush, spray gun or by dipping.
Spreading Rate: About 8 m2 per liter on softwood or 10 m² per liter on hardwood.
Drying: Normally touch dry after 2 hours and recoatable after 10 hours. Additional time is needed under cold/damp conditions.
Shades: It is available in transparent and from the available in the color card.
Storage: It is recommend that is stored at temperatures from 5 °C to 35 °C in the original closed packaging for four years from the date of manufacture.
VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds): Minimal build woodstains. EU limit value for this product (cat. A / f - Type SB): 700g/l. Maximum content of this product is 690 g/l (ready to use).

Dust off new wood and remove grease and resin with nitro thinner. For wooden surfaces with old poorly adhering varnishes or paints, remove completely with paint remover. On either case surfaces must be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper. The humidity of the wood must not exceed 18%. Pretreat the surface with one coat of colorless wood preservative MAXI WP to protect wood from fungi, termites etc, if necessary, and then apply 1-2 coats of colored CheraWood Nature. The final color of the wood depends on the physical color and absorption of wood and the number of coats applied.

Obtain special instructions before use. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Keep container tightly closed. Wear protective gloves / clothing and eye / face protection. IF SWALLOWED: immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor. IF INHALED: remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
