ATLANTIS is 100% acrylic emulsion paint of superb quality for exterior use. It is ideal for new and old surfaces from plaster, concrete, plasterboard and wood. It provides exceptional resistance to alkali and to adverse weather condition, superior whiteness and great hiding power. It has very good levelling properties and creates a smooth flat surface with high vapour permeability and elasticity.

Type: 100% pure acrylic emulsion paint for exterior use.
Application: Roller, brush or spray gun.
Thinning: Dilute 10% with clean water.
Spreading Rate: 13-14 m²/ L per coat on properly prepared surfaces.
Drying: It is touch dry after 1 – 2 hours. Recoatable after 3 – 4 hours. Drying times depends on weather conditions (humidity - temperature).
Shades: It is available in white. The base paint of Atlantis (white, semi-white and transparent) can be used for the preparation of an unlimited number of shades through Maxi Color System.
Storage: It is recommended to store between 5 ^OC – 40 ^ΟC.
VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds): EU maximum VOC content limit values (Directive 2004/42/CE) for this product (category A/c “Exterior walls of mineral substrate”, Type WB): 75 g/l (2007), 40 g/l (2010). This product contains maximum 18 g/l VOCs (ready for use product).

Surfaces must be cleaned, dry and smooth, free from dust, oil, grease, rust, mould residues, salts and from loose or flaking paint. It is also recommended to smooth the surface with the proper sand paper and clean it well from dust. New surfaces or surfaces previously covered with low quality paints should be primed with MAXIDUR (solvent-based primer) and then painted with two coats of ATLANTIS. For plasterboard or plaster surfaces prime with water acrylic primer MAXICOVER and then apply two coats of ATLANTIS. Surfaces stained from smoke or any other kind of stain and surfaces from plasterboard or plaster, should first be primed with MAXICOVER (acrylic water-based primer). Adverse weather (low temperature - high humidity) during the application may influence the attributes of the material.
